About me

Hi, I’m Pip

I am a fully qualified female fitness coach specialising in strength and conditioning (S&C).

I really enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals, but the best bit is watching them fall in love with the process. Strength training is for everyone - young, old, competing or complete beginner. 

However you come to S&C training, everyone loves the feeling of getting, stronger, faster, leaner, more capable, and more confident.

When I’m not training my clients, I train myself - I take part in powerlifting competitions, play rugby and love to get out on my mountain bike as often as I can. 

I’m particularly interested in getting more women into lifting, so they can experience how good it feels to be stronger, not just physically but mentally too.
