Where will the sessions be?

Both the consultation and any sessions will be out of 5S fitness in Macclesfield.

How do I get started?

 “Try before you buy” – I like to meet every new client to chat about your goals and barriers and get to know you a bit. These sessions are free of charge but include some training so we do this in the gym, in my home gym, or at your home – wherever you feel most comfortable. Meeting face to face helps me begin tailoring a programme that is just right for you.

What should I eat?

There are so many people advocating all kinds of diets which claim to optimise weight loss, build muscle, improve endurance and so on. 

For all round nutritional health, my own advice is to follow what the NHS refer to as a “healthy, balanced diet” which you can find out more about here. Eat well - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

I am very unfit – does that matter?

Everyone can begin strength training – whatever age, size, level of fitness. The important thing is to have an assessment of where you are right now and tailor a programme that’s exactly right for you. We adjust the programme as your fitness improves so you keep on feeling the benefits.

What should I do outside of sessions?

With every block of PT sessions purchased I will provide you with personalised programs to do in your own time. This is a great way for you to progress further alongside the sessions with me.
