What is the Deadly Dozen?

The Deadly Dozen race comprises of 12 runs (journeys) and 12 exercise stations (labours). The race begins with a 400m run round and includes this between each labour. The labour exercises are as follows:

  1. KB Farmers Carry: 240m

  2. KB Deadlift: 60 Reps

  3. DB Lunge: 60m

  4. DB Snatch: 60 Reps

  5. Burpee Broad Jump: 60m

  6. KB Goblet Squat: 60 Reps

  7. WP Front Carry: 240m

  8. DB Push Press: 60 Reps

  9. Bear Crawl: 120m

  10. WP Clean & Press: 60 Reps

  11. WP Overhead Carry: 180m

  12. DB Devil Press: 20 Reps

What to Expect in My Training Sessions

  1. Personalised assessment: We start by identifying your unique strengths, weaknesses, and goals. I will then plan a program for 1-1 sessions.
