I am a fully qualified female strength and conditioning coach and run 1-1 personal training or small group sessions out of 5s Fitness in Macclesfield.

I have a broad range of clients from those just wanting to build a solid foundation of strength, build up confidence in the gym or train for a specific event. It’s great to see each person progress and fall in love with the process!
