Womens lifting classes in Macclesfield

If you are wanting to build strength and confidence then come join me at 5s Fitness in Macclesfield every Monday evening and Wednesday morning.

In this club I will teach you proper form and technique and you will be able to progress these skills further. The weekly sessions are designed to be fun but also push you hard to see results.

All abilities are welcome as sessions can be adjusted to suit everyone.
