Tips for maintaining the “New year, New me” goals

As January rolls in, so do fitness resolutions. Many people set these at the start of the year with the best intentions but maintaining the motivation to continue throughout the year can be a challenge.

Here are a few tips to help maintain your new habits well beyond January.

  • Start slow and build up to your longer term goals.

  • Take your time to find exercises you love to make staying active more enjoyable.

Accountability:

  • Work out with a friend or join a group for added motivation and support.

Track Progress:

  • Document your journey to see and celebrate positive changes.
