Whats included?
A mixture of strength and conditioning workouts designed to get you the best results
Full coaching for all movements (squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull)
Written sessions to go away with and work on each week
Optional fitness testing and weigh in at the beginning and end of the course to track progress
