The aim of this 8 week course is to enhance your overall fitness, strength, and mental well-being through a progressive program. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall fitness, this challenge is designed to deliver results in a fun and motivating way. This course is suitable for all abilities!

Whats included?

  • A mixture of strength and conditioning workouts designed to get you the best results

  • Full coaching for all movements (squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull)

  • Written sessions to go away with and work on each week

  • Optional fitness testing and weigh in at the beginning and end of the course to track progress
