Getting strong after injury
Here is my client Lauren who I have been working with consistently 3-4 times a week for nearly 2 years now! Lauren first came to me after suffering a severe injury and wanted to get back to her previous levels of strength. She has gone from just about being able to bench press 30kg when we first started to very recently hitting an amazing personal best of 72.5kg.
After massive improvements in strength and mobility levels we have now started to make much more specific goals to keep pushing even further. These include testing 1 rep max every few months and the possibility of entering a powerlifting/strongwoman competition towards the end of the year.
