Maximise your rugby performance

As a a personal trainer and rugby player myself I know the benefits that resistance training has brought to my performance on the pitch. I have also had the pleasure of helping several other women with their training off the pitch to enhance their abilities.

Here is my client Mary who I have been training since pre-season in August up until now at the end of season. She has been training as a hybrid athlete with weekly 1-1 sessions and additional personalised programs. The sessions have included a mix of strength training, plyometrics (jumps/bounds) and speed work. I couldn’t be prouder to see the progress Mary has made both in the gym and during games!
