Training after injury

Here is my client Ann who came to me after suffering a knee injury. She not only wanted to work on her knee issues but also wanted to improve her overall strength and fitness.

After working consistently hard over the past year with me in classes and 1-1 sessions she is now much stronger!

At the end of last year I spoke with all my clients on where they wanted to be in the next few months and set some goals with them. Some of these goals just involved small milestones within the gym but many of my clients wanted to take part in an event to really push themselves further.

Ann decided to book herself onto a mile swim in Windermere lake! I’m so proud of all her hard work and can’t wait to see how she gets on in June.

Testimonial:
“I highly recommend Pippa as a trainer. Having previously suffered a knee injury and following a long period of time where I struggled with exercise and found it difficult to walk up an incline Pippa developed a programme to strengthen my leg whilst working cautiously to avoid further injury. During the past 18 months I have had twice weekly sessions which I have thoroughly enjoyed,  my fitness and strength has improved dramatically and sessions have been varied and involved fitness and strength.

With Pippa's encouragement at goal setting I am now about to take part in my first long distance open water swim and am able to enjoy long walks involving climbs.”

If you have an event coming up or are wanting to improve your fitness then I’d love to help. Book in for FREE consultation!
