Training for the Bolly Skyline Enduro
My client came to me for general strength training with a specific need to improve his shoulder strength after a crash in a previous mountain bike event. We initially worked on this and I am now happy that we in a position to be working on a custom program for his next event the Bolly Skyline Enduro.
